I would give them zero stars if I can. THE WORST customer service. Installation took 3 weeks instead of 4 days.Eventually finished - Floors were left with a lot of glue and marks on that’s impossible to get off.

Went to the store looking for Carpets. They sent out their consultant to come and take measurements because I didn't the size of the whole area that I wanted to Carpet.Their guy comes out and takes measurements on the 27 November 2020 and asks me to wait for the quotation the same day for the day after. 3 days later no quotation received. I phone in and request that they attend to my quotation and it was on a Saturday they said they can't assist until Monday. Monday never came until today. So I went to another flooring shop and I got helped. I don't recommend this place at all!.

Not very impressed with the service. We were shown a roll of fake grass and asked the price. After being given the price we ordered and paid for what we needed. Another employee then went to cut the grass and opened a different roll which was squashed, plastic looking and shiny. When we questioned this we were told this is what we had paid for and the chosen roll was almost double the price. No apology was given for quoting the incorrect price or misleading us. We were told to pay extra or take the inferior product.We immediately asked for a credit and left the shop. We probably won't return!

Visited the store on Saturday, spent quite a bit of time deciding on vinyl for our bedrooms - chose what we liked, and a backup in case of low stock.Was told we'd be called on Monday to confirm - today's Tuesday - and no call. I expressed to the sales person how urgent this was - seems none of that matters.Won't consider wasting my time there again for the rest of the house.

Walked in...spent 20 mins walking around and looking at what we liked. Took pictures of what we liked. Walked out. No sales assistance. No one on floor to assist us. All sales people were at and around front desk. I guess in this economy the company must be booming. Sign for me to save my pennies instead. Thanks!

Absolutely disgusted with this company and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. They quoted and I paid for 155 square meters of flooring. After installation there was 36 square meters of flooring material left over because they overmeasured the area. Instead of refunding me their salesrep Nathan fabricated rediculous, unacceptable and contradicting excuses why there was material left over and why they are only willing to refund a portion of my money. Furthermore they did not finish the job

When I walk in the first time, there was no help. And I meet Nathan by the counter.Nathan was patient and willing to advise. He explained everything nicely to me, even when he is on holiday. When I called Nathan regarding the water leaking damaged over my new flooring, he did not sent any technician, but he pay the visit by himself. He provided very useful and possible ways of solutions.The team and Schivango were always on time and do the work nicely and professional.Definitely will recommend to others!Thank you Flooring Warehouse provides such great variety of floorings, fair price and wonderful services.
