They are always very organised. I love going in there and have someone within seconds to assist. I have never had to stand around waiting to be served or wondering where I would find whatever.

Never using Mega again! I went to get a prescription and they did not give me anything that was on the prescription(I get home and all the medication is not what was prescribed, I call and they say well what is the matter because it does the same thing, despite not asking me if I would like a generic or a substitute they just went ahead and decided then won't take back to give me what was prescribed. No apology nothing

My sister went to the see the doctor at Mega yesterday 28052023. The doctor was extremely rude and impatient. You are not doing patients a favour by treating them. You get paid for the service you render. If your heart is no longer in it, retire. Next time be professional. She will never come to this practice again and neither will I.
