Got charged R5900 for a water pump, only to find out it cost R3300 at Goldwagen.As if that's not enough, I took My car in with all gears engaging perfectly fine, a day after taking it reverse gear grind hard. I may have missed it first day as I started car already in reverse and just parked at home.I take it back the say it's slave and master cylinder and I must pay R6000 for repairs.Clearly these guys didn't return something properly into place. There's no ways a car can go in with gears working perfectly and tomorrow can't change. It's wasn't even gradual decline of reverse gear issue to say it suddenly needs repairs.

They charged me R15 000 for work that would have cost R7000 at General Motors (genuine parts and labour). They are horrible. When I questioned their pricing, they said I gave them a go ahead to work on my car. They said I should have checked prices with Goldwagen or Opel. Tip to you is, before you agree to anything, ask for a list of parts and get prices yourself. They lost a good customer just because they wanted to make a quick buck. I had always used them and this time I was lucky to have someone check on my car, only to find that they had not done what they said they did to my car. That's how I lost R15 000.00

Took car here for service at 07:00. Didn't receive a call till 14:00 when I decided to call and find out what's happening. Only then was told to come and collect as it was ready. To my surprise I get here and the car is still not ready and worse its not even washed. Was told that I have to wait another 20min for them to wash the car. Bad, pathetic service. I will not at all use this company again and will never recommend it to anyone. Will also share my experience in Hello Peter just so I expose the bad service received here today

Not overly impressed right now.I was phoned at 12h45 to say my car is ready for collection. I was not available at that time so arrived just after 15h00.After paying I was told that I can't leave because the diesel filter had not even arrived yet, nevermind been changed so my service is incomplete.My brain can't even comprehend how this works? They close in a 20min and I just keep getting told it will be here soon
