We had 2 geysers replaced simultaneously after 4 years under warranty. Service was quick and prompt but the contractor who performed the replacement called Q and J Plumbing cleverly manufactured extra labour and parts for over R800 with the permission and consent of Electrolux while damaging our tiles on the roof causing water leaks and major cost to ourselves. Will never fit another geyser from Kwikot which was delivered full of dents.

Very good, friendly and efficient service. We love the functionality of their product (solar geyser) too. Unfortunately, the geyser became faulty within the warranty period (I don't necessarily think this is a sign of inferior product - these things happen) but it was replaced same morning it was reported. We loved their efficient process and friendly staff. Highly recommended - my go-to for geysers because the after sales service is excellent.
