Staff not welcoming at all with a very bad attitude. Limited toilet papers, no generator/gas for load shedding, stage 5/6 makes it difficult to do anything. Lamps are limitedA good place for a group of people though with clean white linen (not softened)

Will not be going back to this place. Rooms don't get cleaned.. for the period of your stay..make up your own beds... wash dishes etc. There were worms all over.. on the floor e ery day more and more. The shower water cannot be regulated.. you either burn or freeze.. Terrible bathroom... the tap swivels around and gets so hot you can't hold it. The drain in basin and shower are filthy. The towels are so thin. I cannot believe they have a 3 star grading

The pictures of the rooms on the website lekkeslaap is not a true reflection of the place. The rooms are not well maintained, not cleaned properly and quite the opposite of what is given in the pictures. Stains on the bedding, dirty marks on the bathroom room floor and door. The bathroom was far below standard. Basic and unhygienic. One toilet roll, dirty shower curtain. I didn't want to touch the shower curtain. Torn drying off cloth. The room had a strange smell aswell. There was open view available and not dstv. Compared to the place we were last week, LA Sal in Fish hoek, which we paid less for it is completely below standard. It deserves a 0 rating. They completely deceive prospective clients. Waste of money.

This place is terrible! Firstly, the reception area was unkempt and unwelcoming. The pillows did not have pillow cases and we had to ask for them to put a flat sheet on our bed. The area just outside our room/apartment was filled with dirty pillows and was generally untidy. Nothing looks like what's in the pictures. We left soon after check in and got a far better place along the beach for the same amount we paid at this place. The owner also didn't respond when we complained to her. Definitely not nearly worth the money.

Super bad service. Place was untidy. Host/owner drunk/stoned on arrival. We booked 1 room for 3 people with 3 separate beds but on arrival they wanted to separate my mother from my brothers and this was unacceptable to me. We got a Very uneasy feeling about this setup and left shortly after arrival. Sad, as this was a guesthouse recommemded by our wedding venue! This place was also dirty and unkempt. I would actually rate it 0 stars if i could. Do not book here.

This venue is not up to standard. They double booked us. Rooms dirty. Not sure if this place would get more than zero star rating.

The pictures advertised doesn’t mimic the place it self .Lots of maintenance needs to be done around the area .It seems like it was nice a while ago but somehow it hasn’t been well looked afterThe room was fine .just extremely dustyHad a dusty smell too .No mop or broom was available in the room as we had to ask for one because the room was so filthy.

The place is terrible, very untidy, humid, bugs everywhere, and the staff very was unfriendly.The rooms were not cleaned properly, we moved the couch cause something fell behind it, and my 1 year old son picked up a piece of broken glass and we also found tablets under the same couch that didn't belong to us.

The place is very dirty outside it is not nice at all but the bed rooms are nice and pillows are nice but the people are not welcomeing at all do not book there pls guys pls only 2 stars guys thanks for you time have a blessed day guys
