Bad service from Derick. Arrogant over the phone from day one. Gave the wrong parts in the first place. Had to drive there 2 times from Bronkhorstspruit to collect the wrong parts again with the old parts. I would like management to give me a call.Never had that problem in Bronkhorstspruit.

Need to increase their staff helping customers only 3 members were assisting people,customers become impatient from waiting in the queue and lose their tamper as what happened with one guy, the management tried to call him back to try and get things resolved but he refused and walked away, in my opinion the management team did their best reacted immediately within seconds that was a good sign of good leadership that's why I put 5 star others was would have put 1 star for making me wait in the queue for a long time
