Luck to have one star , The first counter salesman on east side if he is holding his handset he avoid to check what we need on computer.Am a Panelbeater and fix cars too.one day i ask for a door hench and he was holding his phone he ask me to go to scrap yard.I went to Part Wise next them they check inn computer and order them for me second day i collected them and i went in Midars and showed that guy .

I was leaving Knysna and urgently needed some items for my car. Not having knowledge I requested assistance from the staff. I have never in my life received such pathetic and poor service. Staff are extremely rude and condescending. I would provide 0 stars if Google allowed it. I would rather walk over broken glass then return to Midas Knysna. If you need something, Kindly go around the corner to partwise opposite checkers. Very friendly employees are there to assist you. Once again, very very poor service!

Fantastic service on a Satruday. Can't understand why anyone would complain about a business closing at 13h00, it seems a reasonable time to close on a weekend.You go Knysna Motor Spares !!

what a nightmare so early in the morning today after purchasing a part yesterday and after realizing that it was not the faulty part l then returned it so that a can get another part this morning only to get a mouthful from the guy behind the counter who went on to ask me where he is going to put the other part that he has ordered to replace the one l had purchased and returned.....no respect for the customer at all very rude and loud.
