Worst customer experience ever, sold me a car, then no one can assist me with the car's factory faults or even explain how water can get into a sealed vehicle. When it was time to sell the car, all was good, thereafter its all down hill.

Best customer service... Managee Nkanyiso and salesman Frank...they are so helpfull.

When they sell u a car it all nice but I had bad service Regarding my no plate it took 2 months, imagine. If I knew I would have never bought it there worse part the saleswoman who sold me a car whose name is Buyisile Sithole kept on lying that she applied for disc and no plate when she didn't. Luckily another salesman assisted me thanks to him. The manager didn't even apologize for the bad service though I reported the matter to him as well. Buyi gave me the car without even taking it to COR I found that out when I went to speak to the manager about my disc and no plate, I mean that illegal but she just didn't care, she didn't even apologize for her inconvenience when I came to collect my things after Patrick assisted me, she is a bad saleswoman, people be aware of this lady.

A simple click on the enquire now tab whilst browsing hyundai's pre-owned vehicles led me to this absolute gem of a dealership.This started with a courtesy call from linda to follow up on my enquiry. Linda was clear and consise, he never wasted any time and most importantly was honest.I was then handed over to Nkanyiso. Who had the burden of dealing with my negotiation skills.There aren't enough good things that can be said about this gentleman. Hes is the life blood of this special branch. Speaking from experience (previously purchased a vehicle from Pinetown branch) this sales team is a cut above the rest. I truly believe it is due to Nkanyiso's sales leadership.Nkanyiso had taken customer service to the next level in building a friendship.

Very dissapointed in them! Best service when trying to sell you a car but as soon you want to know when you will receive your car you get empty promises or a salesman that only reads your messages with no reply! If i knew this is how bad their service is i would have never bought a car from them!!!!!!!
