No one prints as well as this Jetline, and I have been everywhere. I won’t go anywhere else to get things done. However I feel this store is severely understaffed as it normally takes at least 30 minutes just to get a few pages printed. Staff is extremely slow, shows lack of care to make things move quickly and usually let customers wait a good while in the queue before assisting. The customer service is really bad…Just some constructive feedback.

Horrible service. Clearly not in the mood to help me, as if doing me a massive favour. Asks for what I need, and after telling her what I would like she keeps telling me that it won’t work (obviously after a while it did) The worker was so rude and couldn’t wait to get me out of the store. Pathetic.

Pathetic Service!!Standing at the front of the queue. No one says anything or does anything to help with printing jobs. The staff wait at printers while they easily just could have asked me what I wanted. The printing could have been running in the background.This is not the first time this has happened. I have here multiple times and it happens more than half of the time that I need to wait at least half an hour to get assisted.This has apparently been addressed, but I definitely did not notice improved service. Will go somewhere else next time and recommend that everyone else also goes elsewhere.

If I could give them more stars I would. We've been printing with them for more than a year. And the level of service and quality is amazing! Carla is definitely our go to person and gets the job done with a smile. Give her a raise, wink wink, nudge nudge!

My experience with Jetline has only been positive. I don't have the time to go into their shop, so I email my requests to them. Every year, I print a set of about 500 patient files. I email them how many I want, the color of the cardboard, and if I want it folded or not. They have always responded the same day, giving me quotes. When I accept a quote, it usually takes about 4 working days, and then it is done - I just need to pick it up.Their prices are also the best when compared to other printing companies

Most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I’ve been standing in the queu for 30 minutes and no one even makes an effort to greet me. I left without being helped. Will most certainly never come back to this shop ever again.

Absolutely atrocious service. I stood in the shop for 25 minutes before leaving, not one single person had even bothered to ask me what I needed even though I was standing at the counter. Eight people were ‘working’ of which only two were actually helping customers. No fewer than two staff members were on their phone and one was watching paper print, page by page. Absolutely cannot believe this shop is still in business.
