So many ridiculous and unnecessary rules

good morning.my name is Nkosie, I was your guest at 033 ocean Dune. my familyand I checked in on Monday and the reception we received for your front line employees which are security guards in this case was awful. Please revisit the your hospitality training to your security staff, they might be thinking they're doing us (guests) a favour by hosting us.

Fundamental problem here is allowing casual airbnb rental guests and permanent residents to co-habitate simultaneously. This does not work well in an estate of 250+ apartments where many units are occupied by families who are trying to live and sleep peacefully so that they can go to work and school the next day but cannot because the airbnb guests are busy reveling, getting drunk, partying and wrecking the place well into the early hours of the morning.A 100page rule book and threat of fines does not work on casual guests and revelers. They scream loud in the hallways, scream loud inside their apartments, litter the premises, play load bass thumping wall vibrating music, smoke weed and shisha and bring escorts. Those who come with kids leave the noisy kids unattended and to their own devices.This development has an identity crisis as it does not know if it wants to be a holiday resort or a peaceful residential estate. A case of having your cake and eating at the expense of people tryin to get what the paid for.Families who have found out the hard way now cannot sell and are stuck with these white elephants. Casual guests cannot party properly.If you are looking to buy, or have a peaceful life, recommend you look elsewhere to invest your well earned savings. If you're checking-in for the weekend or mid-week escape, it would help if you can be considerate of the permanent residents.

Very beautiful complex. Depending on the unit you get, you'll be spoiled with amazing ocean views. Do check out the swimming pool up top. Beautiful views of the warm Indian ocean.

Stunnig is an understatement... The apartments are modern & shick...the views are breath taking... We could not get access to the beach as it's more Bush... The pool area etc is still great though...

Speak of luxury it's written all over Ocean Dune simply amazing place . This place is well maintained and great destination for a holiday with a lover friends or even family a great way to escape I like the customer service great place indeed
