They'll fix your car( the mechanics are fine/know what they are doing), but the service is bad in the sense that it's not clear what's happening especially for a new customer. If you don't ask questions or know which questions to ask like wether you'll have to leave your car, or if shuttle service is offered or not then you'll end up leaving out of frustration. You also don't fill any sort of forms if/when you have to leave your car. There's no effort to make the customer feel like their car is in safe hands or to help the customer know exactly what is happening and not feel on the edge.
