Amazing place, my cousin got engaged here, did a bit of surfing although the water colour and clarity was better than the waves. Saw lots of fish, dolphins, sting rays, etc. The water is warm and clear, the air is clean and there are braai areas. Had a lot of fun and a fantastic break from the hustle and bustle of life.

Stopped there for the first time in about 30 year's..Still a great place to stop for a tail gate picknick on the way home from Plettenberg Bay to Port Elizabeth..

Worth a stop. If you are heading from Knysna towards PE, take a right turn off the N2 towards Nature Valley. There will be some nice views on the way and finally you will end up in this spot before heading back towards N2. This route will not help you avoid the toll but it will be pleasant to the eye. The only not nice thing are the public toilets in the area.

Lovely lagoon. Deep enough to swim, big enough to kayak and windsurf. Also shallow enough in places for kids. Dogs are allowed on this part of the beach. There is sand to sit on as well as grass with benches. There are places to braai (barbecue).

One of the highlights of Nature's Valley is the lagoon that flows out to sea.Offering a great opportunity for those who wish to paddle or kayak on the lagoon as well as families who camp out for the day next to it's quiet waters.There's one bathroom at the lagoon, at the parking lot.
