How rude was the supervisor I had a problem with my lay-by and as she was assisting me she was busy scrolling on her phone like I wasn't there... talk about bad service.

The employees are useless, they don't care about the service they are giving their customers, the employees are I'll mannered, they don't have a sense of customer service, they are slow and this store makes you as a customer to pay for delivery around sarounding areas of phola mall and this transport is over R400.
