Hai hai zoom fiber .It's been three weeks waiting for them to come and do the installation , I called several times being told I will receive a call the very same day and never get a call.Elisabeth also promise me to call to make a follow upShe never did , I call yesterday , I was told she will call me , nothing like that happened....i have lost hope with your service, don't even believe that your service will ever be good looking at service custom you have..its bad..fix your stuff myb things will go smooth..Let's fix

I called in earlier today to get information on the fibrestream and mweb migration, a rep answered and advised me she is aware of the migration but can't answer any of my questions and referred me to the sales team, a rep by the name of Lungile answered, she doesn't know how to speak to customers on the phone, she is rude and advised me she doesn't know anything about fibrestream and mweb migration. Please have your team properly trained and keep them informed. I asked lungile if i can speak to her manager, she advised the manager is working from home. As per Lungile her manager is Dudu. i asked for the managers email, she gave me the incorrect one. terrible service from your staff!!!!!

Most horrendously pathetic after sales service imaginable. Promises moon and stars to make the sale, but has no service thereafter.Installer refused to lay cables underground despite my specific request to do so. Cables got damaged by vandals looking for copper. Zoom fibre has the audacity to charge me almost R2000 for re-installation as it is, according to them, and I quote Self inflicted damage". Why in this world or the next will I cut my own fibre after having it for only 2 weeks?Absolutely zero feedback from Zoom and their management conveniently cannot be reached via landlines or email.Incompetent and spineless branch management refuses to assist.Pathetic"

My ISP is Cool Ideas, Fibre provider is Zoomfibre, line speed of 100Mbps but I still have to restart my router at least 3 times a day, I get kicked off of virtual meetings daily and I can’t even watch a 1 minute video at times without it buffering. The experience has been unpleasant to say the least.

Situated in Durban - Had an issue with the fiber line, one call to the technical dept and a few hrs later their team was at my gate with the issue fixed.Much more helpful than the useless ISP. All customers ask for is good service delivery, and zoom delivers.

I have been on the Zoom Fibre network for a few months now. I have yet to get the speed which I am paying for. Speed which I am paying for is 25/25 Mbps. I have not even hit over 15Mbps. Internet keeps on buffering which is very irritating especially if you are only connected to 2 smart TV's, a laptop and 3 cellphones.

These sales people aren't problem solvers. They just become part of the problem. There is an active line in the complex Im moving into, sales people would just stop assisting me alltogether when they learn that they have to put in some effort to get the previous client to cancel it, so that I can enjoy Fibre in my home. I was told to speak to Miriam, she never answers her calls, doesn't return ANY calls and after losing my temper after 4 days of back and forth they just stopped taking my calls. So I went to Mweb, the sales person was extremely competent and understanding and provided solutions to the problem and explained the process thoroughly. Needless to say, I'm paying a much higher rate at Mweb. But as they say.: you pay for service and convenience. Zoom is like Eskom.

Very bad service! We've been struggling for 3 weeks to set up our fibre. Every time they come out and 'fix' the problem then leave saying it will work in a day or two.... and then still doesn't work. Every time we have to phone again and it takes another few days before they come to try and 'fix' again. It's been 3 weeks, still doesn't work.Would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the worst experience when it comes to installation and communication with most consultants, however I’d like to thank Tshepo Motaung he is an asset to this business, he knows how to hand a situation and fulfil customer satisfaction. Zoom must work on getting more staff like him. He deserved all the stars.

As long as the service is working there are no issues. The issue comes when there is a technical problem. I have been experiencing no connection everyday during the evening. I sometimes work from home and all our media is also online. The kids watch online channels and we cancelled DSTV for this service. Now we sit with no TV and I have to buy cell c data and hotspot with my phone to do work. Please help.
