A problem arose today where the petrol assistant left the petrol pipe inside my husband's car and told him he could drive. Thankfully there are camera's and the problem could be sorted out when he returns after work.

Bought goodies at service station and steers was very upset good food done badly by staff. Called and the manager I think Athol was very sweet best manager, within 10min of my call Athol was in front of my house with replacements. It has been sometime since I met a manager with his command of customer service. Hat off to you. Whoever, owns that place have a piece of gold. Respect for his customers. Wherever I can post this I will. I worked in customer service for 20 years and he is still the old school manager. All rounder. Well done and THANK YOU FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE!!
