Pathetic is not sufficient to sum up the mockery this place is. Deposit is an issue and they state ridiculous things to try and charge you.I don't recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I lived here for 2 and a half years and it was livable. Rental Pros, the agency are CROOKS. When I moved out end of January 2020, they had an inspector come in before I left who found that the apartment was still in good condition even though I had stayed there alone for 2 years. After I moved out they charged me 2,8k out of the original 5K I paid towards my security deposit. They fabricate things like broken windows and paint jobs when they know there is nothing wrong with the unit. A new tenant moved in the same day I moved out and they are talking about painting and doing maintenance. THEY ARE CROOKS. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. And once you pay the deposit and move in, forget about them addressing any of your noise complaints. Had I knows all this I would have kept proof of everything. Including video and picture evidence and a picture of the visual inspection form. I'm so disgusted by their lack of business ethics, it's despicable!

I'm currently staying here with my friends because of school. This place is not an ideal place for students. The maintenance company drag their feet. We reported issues when we first moved in, it's August now and they still haven't fixed them. They might even take it out of our deposit when we move out. I really thought this was a nice place. Looks are deceiving.

This people don’t return deposits, they make up things to make sure that the deposit doesn’t come out. They rather make you owe them. I DON’T recommend it to anyone. And the apartment was not clean when we move in and they didn’t do any inspections but when we move out, they made up story to steal our deposit

Water outages in the area every single week for two days straight minimum. Do not move to Grand Central

Stayed here for one month. Terrible place. Noise every night. Security gate doesn't lock. Anyone can go in and out as they please. Girls are picked up and dropped in the morning with skimpy clothes like its a brothel. Once you pay deposit management forget about you. I had to up and leave without notice, didn't care about the deposit paid. Horrible place I tell you. This complex is a filth.

No maintenance services when you complain and forget about getting your deposit back because they fabricate damages. No lighting at the stairs. I am happy I have moved out.

Extremely dirty. The cleaners spend time on their phones therefore the buildings are not cleaned. The outer perimeter is better at least the one guy they have cleaning cleans. Giving this place 1 star is generous it looks like a health hazard

Find any other place to stay except this one. They will give you the biggest headache regarding your deposit money and they will make sure you never get it back, no matter how clean and in good condition you leave the apartment. Complex has cleaners but the corridors aren’t clean at all. Zero stars from me
