Online order….Waited an hour, then called in to customer care. Spoke to someone who can’t understand anything. Had to repeat my phone number around 15 times!!!!!It’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes. Still got no reply. The restaurant phone was just ringing. This is UNACCEPTABLE.Probably the worst service ever.No one can reply or help me tracking my orderEventually when I asked for a manager because they can’t speak english it seems, the guy hung up….This is so messed up.Can’t get any details for a refund, so I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND Debonairs Pizza Brackenfell.Btw…still waiting after 1 hour and 40 minutesI also didn’t order on peak time

Unbelievable!!! When i phoned it was said waiting time is 45 min which turned into 2 hours i lost my appetite!!!

The cashiers will conviently forget to give the change if paid with cash, even if you ask them for the change, they will still not give it. This is not the first time it happens, and I am becoming frustrated. Please fix this.

Debonairs Brackenfell has been my go-to for years, mainly because of how good the delivery service is. Food arrives at my door in less than 30min once the order is placed. Food never disappoints either!

Ordered 2x triple decker pizza's online.Hard ,dried- out pizza that was actually just about 3 layers of dough with hardly any topping or sauce between the layers. Arrogant manager that refused to apologize for the pathetic quality and service. It's a no for me and I will never support them again!

Online order from brackenfell. Waited 1h20m and phoned to hear where my order is because tracking didnt work. They told me that order already left. Waited another 20min and phoned again. Said it would take 5min. After 5 min I went to go buy food myself. The delivery came 2hours after I ordered. I sent it back. Bad service. Cant even understand the people on the phone. They scream on the phone and dont even know who they are talking to. Good luck with ur business..

I don’t understand the hype. The pizza was dry and doughy. The dough was still raw. And what happened to adding cheese on pizza? Is this not a thing at this establishment?

Horrible horrible. Late delivery, cold disheveled food and not even custard on the desert as promised. Either close your store, lower your price or your customers expectations because the service and food are horrible.

Had a voucher for my birthday which I wanted to use. Ordered via the app for collection and there was nowhere to enter the voucher code. When I got to the restaurant I informed them and they refused to let me obtain the voucher discount. They charged me full amount. There was another voucher available for the same amount and they refused to honour that either. Will never use this restaurant.Edit: Thank you for the reply to my complaint however the link you provided does not allow me to submit my details.
