System offline for whole of sunday Cannot purchase electricity online or in retail shops and cannot get hold of company. According to website Conlog offices only opens 8 am on Monday morning.Process is outdated aswell. You have to type the token number into their device to activate. If you are not at home and needs to buy electricity you will not be able to. This is a move backwards.

If I could give a zero rating I would. My home very fortunately uses municipal electricity, but our recently purchased investment apartment uses pre-paid. Very unfortunately using a Conlog meter. 2 days in a row I have phoned the service (non-service) department for assistance with regards to purchasing electricity online with zero joy. Your service sucks to say the very least! You should be ashamed of yourselves for your extremely bad customer service with such an important commodity. Shame on you

Really not happy with the Conlog system. We can never ever seamlessly load electricity. It’s a struggle and a half, especially when you have kids and the power finishes. We’ve had to wait entire weekends or at least until the next day for help. Having this wireless device was meant to be convenient however we have to run around the yard to find the connection as opposed to keeping it in one place, inside the house, where we have easy access to reload.

The system requires network and a person has to go outside to get network. This is very inconveniencing.Is there a way to buy electricity online???

Having constant problems with recharging since this meter has been put in. The previous system was MUCH more efficient. Also the call centre can only assist between 8am-5pm...so if you have problems after hours, you'll have to be patient until the next morning...
