Apon my arrival at Action Ford Lichtenburg I was greeted with smiles from the front all the way to the service and repairs department .There I was treated like royalty as they took down all my and vehicle details .Explaining the process and procedures was a very friendly lady whose name I won't mention not sure if I'm aloud to mention names.But nevertheless I recommend you use them for service or repairs.RegardsNeil Little
