Horrible experience. Animals kept in cages, little mice scurrying away as they know they are going to be snake food. Fish tanks were fine. Pet shops should not be allowed to sell reptiles and animals.

Good fish store, and a few snakes but the mammals are neglected. Bunnies were outside in the cold, huddling together in a corner of the cage. Guinea pigs were in a wired cage with blatant sores on their feet, nothing but wire for their feet to stand on all day out on display. They have great fish tanks and many variety, but they don't look after their mammals very well.

Fins and Tails staff and owners are extremally helpful,Always has exotic fish and other animals .Will always support you guys !! Bought a 3m tank from them we picked up from them and the staff helped us carry it and load on to truck without cracking it ,but when we brought it home we mistakenly cracked the sump .Called the owner and asked what can we do ?He called back the next morning to tell us the guy that builds his tanks can do a new one for us .This is what you call professional service.Will always recommend other customers to your store.

Awesome shop. Such variety of good quality fish. Was busy which is always a good thing, while waiting your turn there is lots to see. Beautiful snakes, rabbits, spiders and birds. Worth my drive. Purchased: fish,plants and pump system

Went in to browse a bit, found they had two Bettas left. Though one was looking a bit I'll I had taken the other one, He is thriving now. Often go In to look for more Bettas, always kept healthy. Though the tanks are slight to small.

After getting your rude and snippy reply...I am actually one of your loyal customers and the number I used is one I have contacted you on before! But for some reason Wesley seems to think it's not necessary to answer the phone...and you are right, I do have better things to do than to try and ring you all day!Honestly, I am surprised this pet shop has such high reviews...they never answer the phone that is their advertised number...why bother advertising a number if you are never going to answer it!?
