This store is really big compared to the one I always go in pretoria. There is also plenty variety of things to choose from just like. We ended up buying something for really a cheap price compared to online stores and some franchises which looks the same with slight modification.

Order No. #1890599We ordered a few items online . A Study Desk , 2 x high back office deluxe chairs & a pedestal. The whole purpose of ordering online was to save time .Order was delivered sealed . Upon opening ;1. The pedestal had no screws etc. to assemble .2. The 1 high back chair had no wheels .This renders these products useless. Now I have to make time to go into a store with these items and rectify. Not sure what's is in store for me - crossing fingers .The whole purpose of ordering online was to save time . This doesn't seem to work and it is evident that whoever is in charge of packing really doesn't care on doing their job properly .Expected much better . Disappointed .

Good place with fair product. Our attendant gave us excellent advise and didn't stand in our space at all... Only when we required his input. It was a pleasure to explore.

Large showroom with a great range.Their prices are the best in town but they fall down when it comes to service and systems.You HAVE to order through a salesperson but before you can complete your order with them they run off and help someone else.Then when you get to the cashier you wait... it is an extremely inefficient way to do buisness.The dispatch is even worse. You have to then wait again while they pick your order and then open every box to inspect the contents.Today it took us an hour and 5 minutes to buy one office chair!!!Why can't we just pick up and item, go to the cashier and pay?

Excellent service and very efficient!First visited their showroom and was amazed by the large range of items they had. A saleswomen very efficiently helped us and quickly typed in my phone number into her phone which allowed us to easily go on to the payment area. After paying we received an invoice which allowed us to go on to the other part of the campus where the warehouse/collection point is. A friendly man with a great smile quickly rushed off to fetch my order from inside the warehouse after looking at the invoice. Easy as that I was in the car back home!I must admit the draws did take a few hours to assemble but it was certainly very rewarding for the price!

Bought some really cheap office furniture here. They had no stock of any of the office chairs that were on special which I found frustrating. I will be interested to see how much service I get out of the desks

I purchased a lounge set in November 2020 from Decofurn, 2 years and 5 months later it started to deteriorate.Very disappointing quality of recliner sofa sets.

We're really impressed by this business online service. Wife and me are frequently shopping online but this was completely out of the ordinary. We ordered on a Monday morning a Yuzi luxury fabric 2 seater with console recliner and free delivery. We expected it to be delivered around 5 - 7 working days but instead the very next morning we were surprised to receive a SMS stating that the item is out for delivery. About an hour later a very friendly man called Sipho phoned and confirmed that he's at my door in Umkomaas to deliver. How's that for proper service delivery? Great job guys!!!The recliner was fairly priced compared to other available online, but we are really happy with the overall quality which is very good value for money. Keep it up team Decofurn!!

I purchased a lounge set 3 years ago from Decofurn, 18 months later it started to deteriorate. I contacted the store and basically they couldn't do anything for me. Definitely inferior materials used in manufacturing or cheap imports. Can't really rate a 0. Would not recommend anyone to spend their cash here.
