Intraderm Hair, Nail & Beauty Plattekloof

I paid a visit to Interderm to test out a new place to have my hair and skin seen to and I was not disappointed in the least! The service was amazing and the prices aren't bad either. It's also very central and located in a shopping vicinity so if you need to pop over to a shop, you're there. There was a slight mishap with my hair appointment but as soon as it was realised, I was given an appointment and they apologised for the inconvenience caused and I had an amazing hair appointment! My hair is normally out within the week of having it done but my hair is still lasting and I'm extremely happy with the results! They will definitely be seeing me more regularly and I highly recommend them to anybody either looking for a place to do hair or skin or both. Thank you so much!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my sons haircut. When I arrived 3 ladies were sitting at the front desk and the hairstylist walks toward the chair saying follow me (no1 greeted or acknowledged me greeting them). The stylist asked what style I wanted for my son. I turned to ask my 7 year old what he wanted and the stylist got annoyed saying the place is packed today so we need to decide quickly. (To be clear!! The shop was empty!! We were the only customers) she then started cutting without my instruction and I then asked for short back and side with a scissor. Again she was annoyed and just continued.. I would not recommend them.. to anyone!!

Had a most amazing Fire & Ice Pedi with Connie. She was super professional and made me feel at ease as she worked her magic on my feet. It was the perfect way to relax and wind down at the end of a busy year. I felt like a new person after this soothing treatment. I highly recommend this treatment,Lisha

I visited Intraderm today and what a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, the salon was very hygienic, well run and beautiful inside. I was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the treatment I received. The therapist guided me through the microneedling treatment and put at ease any of my concerns as well as supplying me with a wealth of knowledge pertaining to aftercare, treatment plan and maintenance. I also enjoyed the lovely shoulder massage and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back and would highly reccomend this salon.

My happy place!! If you’re looking for a great nail job I highly recommend Carmen- she is phenomenal!I have been going for facials with Taryn and my skin has improved drastically. Very good facial products too. Well worth the visit.

Love coming here from doing my hair to my nails. They have the best laser hair removal . My hair is almost gone and the process is simple and painless. This place is 5 stars and won’t go anywhere else

Had such a wonderful massage with Petronella. She is so professional and a warm , caring person.. I then went to the Hairsalon for. WSh and blow dry. Wow! Shocking! The stylist had such an attitude. Did not say a word to me., only asked if I want my hair flat ironed as well. Didn’t ask where I part me hair or anything. She chewed her gum while working (unprofessional).Such a pity I really enjoyed the first part.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Overpriced, cunning and poor quality nails. I emplore you to read the bad reviews on Intraderm, they are all true. I had my nails done here for the festive season, not only was the customer experience shocking, what you pay for is even worse. My nail tech" started the appointment late

Went with a friend & my mother for pedicures & manicures. It was a wonderful experience. The 3 ladies who attended to us were delightful. Thank you Connie, Norma & Fili
