As a pensioner I buy quite a few of my books there. Llyod and his team are knowledgeable and are very efficient when I ask them to order specific books.

The staff is very helpful when I need to find a specific book. I just don’t understand when I buy a book 4 days ago, realise it’s the wrong one, bring it back still wrapped and with receipt….I can’t get a refund, only a voucher. They don’t have the book I need so the voucher doesn’t help me. So for that, I’m disappointed and would rather go somewhere else.

Would like to give a high five - or fist pump - to the staff at Bargain Books Ferndale. Amazing variety of books, many at discounted prices. Was looking for quite specific childrens books, and was presented with an impressive array as well as enthusiastic advice. I bought quite a few, and will be back for myself soon!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They operate from a house. I bought a few new books here and I am happy with the books. I picked my order up from the store and they had my order ready in the same week that I ordered it.

The staff is super helpful. They will go through the most to get you what you what and even refer you to other stores that may have it if they dont. They did put me on a waiting list and called when the book was available. Shout out

My wife and I made 2 calls to your establishment hunting for specific titles. On both occasions said the would revert and on both occasions this happened within 20 minutes of our respective calls with the answers we were looking for. Alfred and Copano(spelling?) were a credit to your company with assistance. BRAVO!!
