Insanely rude staff. Terrible manners

I have never seen such. People who value money more than service. My Cargo came and there was no arrangements madefor a trolley to bring my goods to my unit since our complex dint cater for their big truck, hence my cargo was dumped at the gate and I had to make a plan for myself. I sent an email complaining about this and up to this date no response. If you want to use these guys, rest assured, they will pressure you for money like you have never seen before.In response to your response. My Cargo came from China and I was dealing with Yash. Your Offices are in Northriding/ Northgate. The least you can do is apologise that's all.
