The staff attitude is not welcoming at all. They give the impression that you're being done a favour by being accommodated. Customer service needs to improve.

I loved this place. The service from the staff has been exceptionally helpful. They just need to get heaters

Good place. But the manners of the lady on the phone leave a lot to be desired, then you meet her in person and she's the total opposite of herself on the phone. Not sure why.Room was very tidy. The plug of the bar fridge can't reach the power outlet, so you need an extension cord if you want to switch on the bar fridge. Room H blinds are not working well. You can see inside while they are closed. Parking is very limited.R300 for the night is not too bad at all. Will I go back? Maybe, if I'm stranded again. But would rather drive to a BnB in town if I can drive that far on the night.Hot water was available, clean sheets and towels, there was no toilet paper, should have gone to ask for it maybe they forgot to put in there. All round good place.
