Has to be the worst service I have ever recieved. (Which is saying something for a vodacom store) Staff are LAZY and not interested in helping. Whoever pays these people is paying them to sit around and do nothing. :(

My elderly mother went into the shop and Friday to find out her options as her contract has expired. Within the first 2 minutes the person who should have been assisting her accused her of not listening and had been rude to her in other ways. Shocking behaviour.

The worst experience i have had i my life.No care no communication no feedbackNo one gets back to me no one keeps me updated, since when did we all become just a number?Over a month of trying to get a contract and number port with no sucess, at one point i had three people assisting me with this.The first time they are waiting for me to recieve the otp, after i told them my phone is not working.The second time they are waiting for me to approve the otp after i had taken and given them my sim card to avoid delays.The third time i ask the price to purchase a phone cash, no answer.After every phone call and visited i asked nicely will you let me know and keep me updated, always the same answer 'yes will do so no problem'I mean really this is beyond the worst, still without a phone or contract.I hope the rest of you as vodacom customer get better treatment.Kind regardsAnny
