Got very bad and unprofessional service today. Im not happy at all and then employees making comments to other customers if you complain so they think they can do as they please when the owner is not there

I just went to the store and wanted to exhange or get my money back and my waranty is a month pver because off the lockdown. The lady came up with an attitude already shaking her head. Then she said its not her problem coz it was sold by the previous owner as if i knew that. She refused to help me saying i was rude. And saying it was not bought there...but on the slip say the shop. Then she walls back saying she knows me..and calling a man who wanted to get fisical with me. And they threw me out the door. I am gonna take this futher. And its the worst place to shop ever. I wil take this matter futher. And it has a 6 month waranty on 2nd hand stuff..i wil make sure this bussiness is known for their unprofesionalism..and rudeness..

What amazing staff. Everyone is very helpful. They kept coming to the door to apologize to us for having to wait due to being short staffed due to the taxi strike. I definitely will be going back again soon.

Store very untidy, feels more like a personally owned business instead of a franchise. The staff is not very competent and even asks for personal details. I would recommend using Cash Crusaders across the road.

So i bought xbox1 games and they didnt work. I couldnt get to the store within 24 hours so i brought them back a few days later. I told tjem to please cjeck them for me and they said without the slip they wont even bother. If they worked i woulve left with them. But i guess they dont even test the games when they come in cause he said they must take a machine of the floor to test it. To much work for them.the white guy looks like a secirity gaurd. Im sure paying or exchanging the games for me is much more of a problem than loosing clients. I destroyed the games infront if this white guy and gave it back to them cause im sure he wil sell it again to someone. Wont come to this place again.

Came from work yesrerday picked up my fiancee and kids to come and look for dvds and your store, i was still wearing my uniform which includes my cap, was told that i cant enter wearing the cap, i understand the reasons for this as i also do security checks where i work but this really did put me off from shopping here as i really dont come forth as a thief or potential criminal, your staff need training on how to identity body language and how to identify real potential thiefs as this may cause your store to lose clients like myself, the way i was approached and being told to remove my cap was also unexeptable and me and my family went somewhere else to shop unfortunatly, to be asked to remove your cap before entering a store is going a bit overboard to my opninion.

Pathetic service, we phone to asked until when we can come to sell something. They said 2 we got here and a arrogant guy at the sales deck says they are closing. Kethean is the most arrogant person I have dealt with this is the 3rd time we have had problems with people at this store. They should say to anyone that calls that the buying desk closes early and they wont be willing to help you. It would not have been such a problem if they just told us from the start they close the sales desk.
