Poor service, in fact TERRIBLE! The lady that was assisting" me was on a phone call while she was consulting with me. I had to reprimand her of her rudeness and when she finally assisted me she knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am stuck with a contract sim card that has not been activated nor checked whether it works. I regret going to the MTN in Rosebank. Appalling...."

If I could, I would rate this store 0/5 ⭐️ Rosebank MTN has to be the worst service provider, the stores staff had informed me they were not trained in assisting with an activating an eSIM, called the MTN customer care who were just as helpful and who referred me back to the store. Wouldn’t recommend MTN as a service provider to anyone.

Don't go here. They will make you wait the entire day as one person slowly helps with contracts and 5 other people stand around behind the counter doing seemingly nothing.

Unbelievable staff!This lady that served me, frowny face, U can’t find a tiny amount of smile or customer appreciation!I want to cancel my contract and asking her when best I must do not to lose money or my data and she straightforward says I don’t know the Cancellation conditions, go and call the call centre!Unbelievable customer service!I am asking her questions and she is on her phone checking her social media messages! Really?!?

Worse service I have received. I was told to wait for approval of my contact, the woman kept me 4 hours. This was Friday. Till today on Sunday still no feedback. Will not recommend this store to anybody.
