Sent a watch in for repairs for the 3rd time for the same issues. These jokers don't reply to emails and don't even have the decency to answer the phone. I hope whoever gets this message will do something about it but I guess it will never happen because people are lazy and just don't want to work

Eish. I called this business 5 times yesterday (thursday) and twice today (friday).No one ever bothers to answer the phone.It is not a public holiday. Your business is marked as open and I phoned in business hours.How do we get service from you?

Bought a watch via a retailer, watch wasn't working last of its stock and it was a Christmas gift. The retailer said they had no training in the watch operations and cant alter the strap for me and we thought maybe its a self winding watch. But even so cant wear it since it does not fit snug. Sent it in on the 27th. Called spoken to Manie, gave him my story of buying a watch that does not work and that I cant take it to a watchmaker other than them since then the warranty would lapse. he said I could go fetch my watch back from the retailer and take it to an approved watch maker (Obviously at my cost) if I wish to wear my watch now. Got to the retailer - the watch was already collected on the 28th. S KEREN only opened on 7 January 2019. I called and emailed and got a copy of the Waybill, it said the watch was already in CT the following day and accepted delivered the 2nd of Jan. Manie promised since its a technicality what happened he will put a rush on my watch since its only a battery and a link not a serious issue. He did try and get me another watch from another shop - no stock. This was the 8th, now the 14th no one calls me the retailers dont answer their phone neither does S KEREN and Manie does not respond to my emails. 14th Retailer said they got hold of S KEREN but that the watch is only now with the repairs shop and it could take another week or so he isn't sure. FRUSTRATING!!! Please answer your calls and emails and please just give me a retailers name where I can get a working watch from. When a customer is left in the dark, and not even getting a reply mail to give me information as to whats going on since your initial promise was that because I has so many issues of going to and from the retailer buying a watch under false information that it was self winding I would be assisted and have my watch back same week. Yeah, pretty disappointing. Today 17th watch still not received back. Went to the retailer for another watch instead.

Thanks to Carol for excellent service. I sent my watch, which was still under guarantee, via courier and was contacted to say it had arrived. Two weeks later it was delivered to my door with a new movement fitted. A pleasure dealing with Carol.

Very bad service. Sent watch for repairs, waited 9 weeks, watch face is lifting, gasket not properly fitted, white fluff in watch face. Went for 2 quality control checks. Bad and no care attitude from manager. Asked for feedback, no response. Don't buy a Fossil watch in South Africa. The people that provide the after sales service is non existent.**After all the problems, I received a new watch. The time taken is still a let down but at least they offered me a brand new watch after the first one was damaged beyond repair.
