Point S Nelspruit

Depending on the salesman ( or sales woman) this could be a good experience or a very off putting one. Prices are enerally good , that is with the guys. Sales lady is only driven by commission and in the process quite rude and don't expect ANY discount from her. Overall a shop that I would recommend.

Superb service all round. Came expecting to have to spend several thousand on new tyres. Instead they repaired two tyres in double-quick time for only R200 - and with friendly smiles and positive attitudes from all who helped us! Great experience!

Good customer service and very well priced tire's. Was a bit sceptical on using them as they are not a well known franchise but after visiting them I wouldn't use any other service providers

A bit overpriced

When I entered the store I havent had a idea where to go for assistance, one of the employees who was busy working on another car saw and came over directing me to an counter which is situated directly next to the kitchenette, I waited a few minutes when a lady came from the kitchen whom i assumed was a member of sales but no she appeared to be the one of the housekeepers, she called a lady who came and started quoting me on the replacement of 4 shock absorbers and brake pads, as I had other stuff to take care of she assured me she'll have the parts required there within 20 mins, I arrived back there 2 hours later and yes you guessed it the spares havent arrived yet.They took the cars wheels off and it seemed like they are all on a break now as 6 employees stood around talking to each other, when enquired why nobody is doing anything to my car I was informed that they are waiting on the pneumatic tool as there is only one in the shop which were being used elsewhere in the shop, there was a toolbox next to my car with a set of sockets and other tools in, when asked but why cant the work be started with those tools something was murmured in their mother tongue.When they finally got the shock absorber off the replacement parts were the wrong ones, after about 39 mins I offered to go with the driver trying to source the correct absorbers which I had to pay for as they havent got an account with that supplier, when they finally took the brake pads of you 9probably guessed it it was the wrong ones.I was there from 10h00 and finally left there at 15h00, in the 5 hours I've been there the wheel alignment price increased as well, when I enquired u was told the price originally quoted was wrong.I will certainly not go to this establishment again.

Needed two good used tires to match the rear, get rid of the lousy Hankook's I'd never recommend nor ever buy again. Staff were excellent and I got a great price!

Absolutely terrible service!These people have no idea what they are doing. If you're looking to have your tyres fall off while driving, then look no further than Point S Nelspruit.What a FAT JOKE!!!!!!
