Delicious food and friendly service. We were a party of 6 and all of us enjoyed our meals here. I had the lamb korma, the meat was succulent and tender. The roti that came with the curry were fresh and a little chewy, nice to dip into the sauce. The malva pudding for dessert was excellent, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside complimented nicely by the vanilla ice cream and meringue pieces.

Our favourite restaurant in the Helderberg area. The food is fantastic and the prices very reasonable. Lovely little garden with outdoor seating. We try to have lunch there every weekend. The chocolate fondant is definitely worth the wait!!!

What a gem of a restaurant! It's off the beaten track, hidden in a lovely garden with super funky decor (I especially love the fountain). The food was amazing - complex flavors and interesting combinations. The staff were friendly and professional. A great spot for dinner. We'll definitely be back (also because we haven't tried all the desserts yet!)

Brink family here!One of the best restaurants with the most amazing staff which are so helpful & educated when explaining the menu items. Pork belly was out of this world, followed by a delicious crème brûlée. Highly recommend :)

We went here on Tuesday 04 April 2023. The building and decor are amazing and to die for. The cutlery is the best. The service excellent, BUT the food was not up to par. I ordered the seafood curry. My wife ordered the lamb curry. All of the Currys are the same sauce. And my wife's lamb curry I'm sure was beef not lamb. There was no manager on site and no asking if the food was OK. Sad.

What a pleasant surprise! Quite the hidden gem, this beautiful little place is located in an area where you would not normally expect, and that is what makes it extra special. A beautiful outside area shaded by lush trees and the calming sounds of a small fountain in the background, this is the perfect spot to escape the Helderberg's scorching sun and exhausting heat. The inside was equally a welcoming sight, with the decor stylish chique and pleasing. Everything just had this tremendous calm and welcoming feel about it, with the restroom facilities perfectly clean, updated and catering for disabilities and mom's with small babies/toddlers with changing facilities available. The whole place is child friendly, and the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff cater willingly to the little ones' needs. There is a nice play area /jungle gym, and the kids are allowed to play in the small fountain as it is very shallow. They have towels at hand specifically for this purpose. I gave them 4 stars only because I only had a coffee milkshake there and was and didn't order anything off the menu to eat, but I will definitely return to enjoy the tranquil escape this charming little place offers! Well done tonthe owners, I hope they go from strength to strength.
