We had the ribs and wings special at the time, which I think is not on offer any longer. The overall experience was great and a proper value for money. We bought burgers also but the promotion was actually sufficient for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The product was the best I had for a very long time. The burgers was good but not the best. Burger King or Steers is better... besides that Roco is number 1 or 2

Party of 8 arrived and we were told by the manager(Ronald) to wait until another table finishes eating. Even though there were at least 5 tables available. We eventually told the manager to Combine 3 tables for us to sit.After 30min of being seated, the first batch of food arrived. 6 people were served. All 6 people finished their food, while the other 2 were still waiting.Questioned the waitress a number of times, who advised that there was a mixup in the kitchen. We requested the manager, who brushed us off with a 'we are getting your food sorted'.After an hour of being seated, the food was brought for the other 2 people. We requested takeaway containers... As everyone's mood was very sour at this stage, esp after the managers terrible customer service.The rating would have been 0, had it not been for the excellent service from the waitress(Sky), whom was visually seen making an effort in assisting us,. As well as her great customer service.Terrible service from the so called Manager Ronald. Who does not know how to deal with or resolve problems or conflict.First and last time visiting N1 Roco Mamas!Image attached, taken 50min after being seated. Most people done eating, while 2 still waiting on food.

Service no Service most unprofessional staff, I should I say no staff. The doors were open there was another customer in the shop, we walked in the music so loud I asked one of the staff behind the counter if they are oped. The staff started talking to each other, then a lady came and she asked what time it was. It was 10 o clock. She left as there, we looked around the other customer came to us and ask if the shop is open. First time to your shop you will never see me again.

Delicious food, as expected of a Roco Mamas chain. Service is good, however waiting times can be a bit long during the lunch time rush.

Top Notch service, warm and friendly welcome. There is always someone to check up and ensure that everything is 100's. Food was so tasty and succulent. Good value for money due to nicely sized portions. Sky was an absolute gem. Keep it up. I will definitely return soon.

Very nice and quick service complete burger and chips are well done. Burger patty tasted home made. Which can be positive or negative in some cases. But overall a pleasant experience and would go there again.

Ordered a take away when I opened it the cheese fries was not there, the wings were 11. Went back and I was given a small cheese fries box with burned chips. I asked and I was told that's the medium. Not happy at all

Arrived early on Saturday morning and were the 2nd table to be served . Cashier/manager front desk person doesnt greet so dont bother him on the way in or out. Secondly the mucho dude seemingly running the kitchen in his shorts and also the entrance at times could also learn how to greet and acknowledge being greeted. As for the waiters and waitresses the management could learn a couple of tips from them as they make the ambiance and good vibe to what you are lacking. Well done to Snow White" for being the best waitress and entertainer to our little one and being so thoughtful in assisting us placing a great order! The triple burger with bacon and egg was a game changer and seriously filling. My wifes avocado salsa burger was very much enjoyed. The chicken strips and amazing choc milkshake our daughter really loved! Chips and green salad also awesome!! Thanks guys what a pleasure!!! Would of been 5 stars but lack of manners and understanding where management gets their salaries from I've deducted 2 stars."

I went last night to RocoMamas. We ordered a chicken burger with cheese sauce and mushrooms. It was a bit too saucy and messy but tasted delicious. We order shoe string fries and wow it was quite a big portion for a small. I had the cheese bombs with jalapeños. It was yummy but a bit on the cold side even though it was just made, not sure why. The wings were so good. I got the BBQ, it was nicely done.It has a nice alcoholic menu and your regular non alcoholic drinks.The waitress was attentive. The food came out nice and quickly which was great. The place itself was a bit too noisy that it was a struggle to hear each other. Downside of being in the foodcourt, but I can’t say if it was the foodcourt of the actual chatter from the restaurant.Overall a good experience and would definitely come back
