Vodacom Shop Springs Mall

Good day I was promptly assisted by Ntombifuthi Gamede at Vodacom and Im very pleased with her efficient service. She was patient, very informative and I was very impressed that she followed up on the query I had until it was resolved. Ever friendly and willing to assist by far the best agent at Vodacom Springs Mall.

Terrible service! was told by Vodacom the manager will call me and still waiting 2weeks later and no call back or anything. I have been a customer by Vodacom for almost 6 years and this has been my worst experience.

There's a young lady who helped me so kindly ,she explained my contract terms in details I was declined from another store and had to pay a deposit I was offered a cheap phone I didn't take it but when Ntombifuthi helped me I got a Huawei Y90 and I'm enjoying it .

Awesome service from Kugen always knows what he is doing I will always come to that store keep it up...

The service was a joke. The service assistant was watching videos on her phone while assisting me. Then while fetching my product she stopped and had a nice long personal chat to her colleagues. She came back, half watched her phone and half chatted to me. I'm at a loss for words to be honest.

Poor service. First of all the tec Tebogo was on a personal phone call while unboxing the phone that was replaced. When he eventually drop his call he informed me that my phone was replaced which I'm grateful for. I asked him about my sim card that was sent away with my faulty device and he told me that it was my responsibility to take it out. Nobody informed me that I was suppose to take it out let alone give me the service as a client and do it as it's your job. It was a brand new contract new number and I had only had the phone for 6 days how am I supposed to guess these things. It's your responsibility to inform clients of all possible information but you don't.

What poor service I received at this store and Vodacom in general. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom since 1994, yet it seems that customer service is of no importance to you. The manager is rude, the staff tell you to phone other numbers for assistance, and the rest either hide in the back or will sit and play on their phones whilst customers are in the store.I'll probably just get another generic response like the rest of the frustrated customers, even though I asked for your number. But that's okay. Since you are not willing to pick up your phone, or to assist me in any and all means possible, I will no longer be a Vodacom customer.

Exelent service although busy but a breeze to some vodashops in other malls ..Thank u for good friendly service

They are to lazy to do the job so they do not explain properly and then they say but you .........." So now it's the customers fault . As far as I know there is a difference between a router and a device

They only sell what's on their catalogue book, you can't find online deals at the shop. Better to just buy online these days.
