Seldom do you get exceptional service like I received from Watchboyz. Very good prices and quality, exceeded my expectations. Prompt delivery and being kept in the loop every step of the way. Watchboyz can teach other on line stores a thing or 2. I have my first watch from them and already thinking of the next one to buy.

Epic failure with customer service. I actually want to give zero star rating. The watch was damaged when we recieved it. Now we must pay for them to collect the watch??!!!! What rubbish is this? The watch was bought in Dec and after numerous back and forth its only now in Feb they are collecting it....do not waste your money or these people

I have bought now, 2 watches from WatchBoyz.The Benyar 5140M Chronograph and the Megir 2149 Chronograph.Firstly the products I recieved were fantastic. Both watches look 10x more expensive than they actually are. These are quality time peices! Of course they're not Rolex or Omega but they honestly look and preform excellently!Secondly the service from Watch Boyz has been excellent every time. From payment to delivery I have not had a single problem. They kept me up to date about the whereabouts of my order and everything was deliveried in a timely manner.I will definately be using Watch Boyz again in the future, Highly reccomended!
