Mamello Makha's Exotic Beauty Salon

Honestly just the worse experience. Make up horrible, time keeping horrible, customer service horrible, cleanliness non existent there's hair all over the floor and other things. Additionally there's 0 ventilation in the store like I'm genuinely disgusted.

The hairstylists need proper training regarding hair care. Their focus is braiding without any care for hair. They literally wash your hair twice with shampoo and that’s it, no conditioner, or options for treatments, then they blow dry direct (no heat protection or moisture) leaving your hair and scalp very dry, they don’t even have proper combs for thick hair.I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I got a weave installed on Friday the 28th of October , on the 1st of November , it was already off, a friend of mine recommended Mamellos, but with money i paid i feel the hair do was supposed to last a bit longer ... I could have just used any other salon , for better results . ..

I could not believe that a big Salon like EXOTIC that can have only 1Dryer.i had to wait 1hr 20 minutes to be put under the drier as it was the only one. Mammelo Cc please buy more dryers a person sit at the salon for 4 hrs

I was at the salon on the 31st of December 2022 and my nails ? Disaster. The person doing them just did not care as she kept saying she’s in a rush to leave , the drying machine wasn’t even working and they looked so dull on top of that the ladies at the salon have an attitude problem because how are you talking about how customers like complaining in front of the customers ? I was shook

Got my nails done at Ghandi square and the nails were coming off on day 3. I’m so disappointed with this and feel like I wasted my money. I don’t think I will be coming back here

I'm distraught I can't believe the service I just got. Here's the story: I get here with my sister 1st we want to do our nails they tell us they can't at 3:30pm then we like okay can we do our eyelashes, yes I start with my and the girl isn't gentle at all okay cool, then when I tell her I can't close my eyes, because the tape is in side my eye she takes it off and puts two tapes on okay thank you" I feel better

Pretoria branch: The front desk lady has a nasty attitude. She doesn't like being questioned and appears as if she's ready to fight each time you talk to her. The hairstylist was nice but did not do the style like the instagram picture. The glue and lashes being used are cheap and harmful to your eyes. They move you to the fan (to dry off the glue) holding your hands with your eyes closed (so unprofessional ) My friend had a reaction from the glue and my eyes were sore for a good 4 hrs. Everything is just not what it seems on instagram. Im never going back again!

I went there to do my make up, I showed Natasha" a picture of what I wanted and she assured me that she will execute the look.1.Her brushes were not cleaned and ready2. She did not execute the look I wanted3. Did not have a variety of products such as lipstick colors.4. Another client came in and she started rushing to finish my make up and requested that I stand.... I mean I am as equally important.She didn't put on setting spray until I requested that she put it onShe was rude and unprofessional when I asked her why she didn't give me the look I requested.False advertising is also an issue because I saw a post on Instagram saying a pondo(ponytail) is R200 then when I was about to pay they suddenly add R50 more. I asked about the special then the stylist said no it's no longer on.... however I was adament that it's on so she asked Mamello about and confirmed that it's still on. If Mamello was not there I would have paid more basically.. the employees are not on the same page with the pricing.I'm highly dissatisfied by their service expected far better."
