Summerplace Game Reserve
We stayed for 5 days and the owners and staff let us feel like family. We included meals by prior arrangement. Peaceful and beautiful place.

Summerplace Game Reserve
Well maintained mountain biking trails, with stunning views and lots of features. most drops are rollable some of the gap jumps have grids for beginners. Dave always game to show you around the trails with some tips and pointers.The bike village you can be sure to be greeted by Simone, always friendly, and the best food ( be sure to book in advance though).thanks Dave and Simone for yet another stunning weekend of mountain biking!

Summerplace Game Reserve
What a brilliant weekend getaway. My husband was so impressed with the mountain biking trails and flow lines. All levels of riders will find trails to suit them. If you don't ride (like me) you can explore the reserve on foot. The views on the trails are superb.Our accommodation was private, luxurious and tasteful and it's completely off-grid!The highlight for us was star gazing from our wood fired hot tub on our patio. I have never seen so many stars!!Thank you to the Summerplace team (Dave, Simone, Joanne, Respect, Liz, Ines, Stormy, Bailey and Ella) for a fabulous time. You have a very special establishment. We will definitely be back.

The most amazing time spent at summerplace! We stumbled across a gem of a place and will make this one of our frequent getaway destinations! Loved it that they were super accomodating with our pets and em faced the whole FAMILY

Summerplace Game Reserve
The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. The peace and quiet is good for the soul and an excellent escape from city life. The views are breathtaking. Trails are excellent for hiking and mountain biking. The dogs also loved every minute of it. We really enjoyed being able to picnic at the lookout point and having a braai under the stars. The hosts are amazing people and their hospitality is amazing. Would definitely go back again.

Summerplace Game Reserve
You can’t go wrong by choosing Summerplace as a weekend destination. The accommodation is stylish and decor very thoughtfully chosen, as well as being very comfortable. The reserve itself is is beautiful with lots of game and birdlife and you will enjoy exploring the place either on the amazing MTB trails or along the keep tracks if you are not cycling inclined. Hosts Simone and Dave (and all the dogs) are very welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Summerplace Game Reserve
We've been to Summerplace a few times now and we always have the absolute best time. Wonderful luxury accomodation set on a beautiful bushveld farm, with amazing mountain biking trails for all skill levels. Even forget about loadshedding for a while, since all the chalets are equiped with solar and gas!
