They charge you for using the computer when you give them a memory stick to print and then also charge you for assistance.

Do not come to this Post Net! They charged me R6 for 1 black and white printout (A4)…they claim that they charge you, the customer, if you send them an email…which I always do at every other Postnet (and never get charged) what utter nonsense. Can you imagine what they will charge you for other services…?Never going back there.

Extremely disappointed with the product quality I received at PostNet Faerie Glen! I requested Business Cards & Flyers to be made with designs I provided and the end result was skew and mismatched Business Cards and terribly cut Flyers done on flimsy A4 paper which my home printer would be better equipped to create.Not impressed, I hope no one makes the same mistake I did.

If you could give a minus rating I would have!Customer service is shocking. Waited over a week for feedback regarding a package to courier. I was asked by the owner Helet Koen to email a list of items to courier to Mauritius. Eight days later, after several more emails asking the ETA and finally a phone call today, voicing my dissatisfaction, I received a 10 pages list of what is allowed. Seriously! No reference to my list and I now have to figure it out myself. Waste of my time! I don't recommend this establishment at all!

PostNet Faerie Glen has failed to pay my freight costs for a parcel lost on the 28th January 2022 and today is the 5th of May 2022 and they are still waiting for the owner" to check how much they charged for the initial parcel. None of the staff can access that information and the owner Helet doesn't seem to care

I am extremely satisfied with Postnet Faerie glen. You get greeted, service is fast and sufficient and friendly staff.To the ones complaining about sending emails for print, it's just logic u need to pay something otherwise u could have done it at home ,why would u want help for free since you were lazy to print.

Staff does not wear masks and us walking around with them off. Highly unprofessional and unsafe. The service is extremely slow even though there's six staff members, where half is them is dancing and chatting to each other with no attention being given to multiple customers.Will not be using this branch again.

I was so impressed with the way the employees interact with each other, and the lady who appeared to be the manager treats them with respect and care for them. This makes them a great team and i got the friendliest and most sufficient service ever! They really walk the extra mile, great work guys!

Costumer service is absolutely shocking, it is clear that the staff are not trained at all. They always give you the wrong pricing, leaving you shocked when you finally get the final quote. Would have given a negative star rating if I could.
