Its a mix quiet and busy place during peak time. Clear, clean and conducive environment.

Clean office some staff members are so friendly and help full

The reception starting with the security guard who are busy with their phones at the gate could be improved and a more welcoming personality at reception wouldn't do any harm. But thanks to some very helpful and friendly officials who do not only direct you but take you to the offices if you are lost.

The community members of Mount Ayliff Mount Frere Matatiele Ntabankulu and Mbizana would benefit a lot if the employees of the institution were not affected by greediness. No proper service delivery to needy people under this administration of the Municipality

Good office centre to manage five local municipalities in the area. Buildings friendly to physically challenged people. Staff competent and ready to provide services to communities.

I last visited the area 4 years ago, I'm pleasantly surprised by the scale of development (infrastructure, town beautification and roadworks)I suggest you put up signs to apologise for the inconvenience in areas that are being worked on. It is unsatisfactory that there is no sign posts that alert the general public. For example in Ntabankulu the main road in town is a nightmare to drive in. Its as if the Municipality says, uyazibonela uba uzakuphuma kanjani.Otherwise, keep up the good work, Rome was not built in a day. I'm looking forwarding to see a beautiful Alfred Nzo district in a few years to come.

The place is beautiful and organised. Even though we only went there to submit documents, we were welcomed with the utmost respect and care
