they just sold us stale croissants

Ordered a chicken pie which was oily and tasted like salty fish. Absolutely disgusting!!! Especially for the price!!!

Each time I have encountered Schoon at The Point, I have only had issues. The first time, the employee took my order and then forgot about me and continued to serve other customers until I had to remind him, quite some time later, that I had yet to receive my order. Once I received it, the coffee order was wrong and the bread was stale.Today, I tried ordering from them on UberEats. My order was ignored for over an hour (Ordered at 7:54am and finally cancelled around 9:20am). I called the store and the employee told me the driver had just left with my order, which was not true because I was busy talking to the driver who was still waiting at the counter. I then asked the employee to cancel my order which he apparently did not know how to do and he hung up on me when trying to figure it out. Not only is this upsetting for me as the customer, but this wasted over an hour of the Uber drivers time where he wasn't getting paid and just standing around for an order that hadn't even been started and honestly probably was never going to be started.The other Schoon locations are great, but this branch is giving Schoon a bad name and reputation.

Quite unsure of what happened with the other customers. Freshly delivered croissants and pain au chocolat, in the purest French tradition. Maybe these people just did not know what proper pastries taste like ? Really great spot to get a croissant and eat it on the shore after your morning run, your dive into the sea pools once you need a good warm up.
