If I could give more stars I would! Our fridge broke on Saturday night. When I phoned on Sunday morning, I enquired if same day delivery could be arranged. The kind assistant said she would confirm and within minutes phoned back to say it was possible. We went through, and another assistant was waiting to help us. We bought new fridge and it was promptly delivered. On Monday morning I received a phone call to check if the delivery was made and if we are happy with our purchase. What great service! I highly recommend the OK furniture in Knysna.
