Pick n Pay Hyper Centurion

1) The number of open tills vs the queues never changes. If the queues get shorter, cashiers seem to magically dissapear. Even the chocolates at the till look disgusting by the time we get to the front, and all we want is to run and not even look at anything else in case it delays our escape.2) The cashiers don't know how to redeem PicknPay digital vouchers, every time I try to use one there is some or other issue. I have now had to pay 3 times from my own card - with the extra long queues and the unending delays with these digital vouchers, I would rather pay and run than wait and suffer any longer at the tills if an issue arises.3) The lady at the bakery and confectionery is super friendly and nice, that is why I give the extra star.4) I bought a special from the front table, full price R133, special was +-R80, and noticed afterwards that I paid full price. I would rather keep it than even go back to sort it out, the delays and hassles it might cause could wipe days off my life and worsen my mental state when I walk into PnP. The R50+ is not worth it.

Just arrived at this storeThere are NO baskets for customers to do shopping and the tymebank kiosk is physically unplugged from the wall. This shop is probably the most useless pick n pay that exists under the sun. Neither management or staff care about anything other than to be at work in order to get a salary. Why does mr Ackerman not just close the shop down totally. Realy.

Staff are standing around doing nothing. 6 staff members behind the cigarettes counter and not one are willing to help.Wonder what would happen if there is no more customers. Where would there salaries then come from.

This shop has gone downhill lately.. With a lot of things not available anymore. Have spoken to management. Nothing gets done.But we still do our monthly shopping here as it is the best super-market in the area (Centurion) in my opinion.

Had a much better experience with my online order this this time. Friendly service from all staff from customer service to the cashier. Thank you Bongani for all the assistance. Nice and spacious pick n pay to shop at.

Tidy and clean. Not too cramped or crowded. Didn't wait too long in line to pay. Large variety of produce available. A good place to do grocery shopping and some more!

This store is large enough and has a variety of items on sale. The store can bit busy but because of its size when you are shopping in the isles there is enough space to move around. The only issue I have here is the number of tills that are actually open is sometimes poor and the queues are long to pay.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Last visit to this store was a while ago - September 2022, when I promised myself I would NEVER shop there again! From the reviews I can see, nothing has changed.No service with a smile. The store never has enough tills open and the queues are ALWAYS long. Worst of all, it seems they are always on a go-slow. Chawing bubblegum is the most impressive performance I've seen from employees - management included. My recommendation... go to Checkers Raslouw.

What you can expect from Pick and Pay. Was there the weekend to buy groceries. They were very busy, but the service at the till was quick. Very big store will have almost anything you need and great specials.
