Tools were removed from my vehicle whilst the vehicle was under their care and control and they had a duty to look after the vehicle whilst in their possession. They failed to act with reasonable care and as a result I has suffered damages and had to replace it at my own cost.Customer service is pathetic.The staff were unhelpful, rude and racist.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTOBODY TO ANYONE.

This panel beaters are the worst. They don't prioritize anyone, for a month waiting for parts to be delivered. I wish my insurance had taken my car somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone taking their car there...for the whole month I've been struggling with transportation and worst thing they give you ETA and later said they haven't received anything from the supply

Excellent service, within 5 days my car was ready to be collected. I guess it depends on the vehicle make (Kia parts are easy to find) , also reception ladies were good to me.

Very very poor service. 1struggle was to get them to order parts, parts came and was incorect, weeks later new parts arrive also incorect. Being told that i must wait another day without my vehicle. Got my insurance on line and wil get it fixed some where else. I wil not recomend thisPoor pannelbeater to any one . Very shocked that this is the way work gets done on a standard part

Very bad service I had,my car was in early June called them for follow up last week Friday the 16th,they said I can come collect my car.When I got there had to pay excess of R7500.00 I swiped my fnb card R7000.00 unfortunately their speed point aborted my transaction.I got a notification from my bank to say that R7000.00 is out of my accout.Am sitting today without my car and lost R7000.00.On my bank transactions I have got proof that my money is with C&C Autobody in Lydenburg.Still today they are requesting me to pay they....but how?

Service here is Poor. I don't yet know how well they repair their vehicles. They had my car since December 2021, 5months later, nothing has been done.Keep getting sms's from them saying they are waiting for parts and vehicle is in being worked on.Front desk or receptionist olso unprofessional. They don't have any usefull information on the status of you car. They don't return calls they promise to.I wish my insurance would have towed my car somewhere else.Very unhappy with this repairer.
