Website is okay however one never receives feedback on offers made. They expire without the bank declining or accepting. Not sure how this process is supposed to work really.

Not impressive at all.Property listings are not even vaguely is the right place and then when looking at a listing the images get greyed out telling you to contact the agent....and when you do, the agent never gets back to you. SA home traders/prive property and property 24 are a much better choice

Big mistake to deal with them. Absolutely unprofessional, annoying and doubtful service. Promises, which are not kept, bad or better NO communication at all, no updates, just nothing. Not a pleasant business to cooperate with!

Poor service more especially on the part of Standard Bank properties. They never respond and after four to five days you will find the property has an offer. I susoect that there might be preffered customers.

Put through multiple offers, offers that were higher than the current 'highest pending offer' on the website, for a property that I was genuinely interested in and received no response. Website does not indicate that the property is 'in transaction' or 'offer pending', but estate agent for the property informs me that there is an offer and this offer has proceeded to an advanced stage. So why is this offer not reflected on the website??

Easy access and ample parking. The isles are well organised with easy to read isle information boards. Store very clean and store associates very helpful. Definitely my go-to hardware store.

To say Myroof Team together with Std Bank Easysell are unprofessional will be an understatement..I signed an OTP which I had to go from pillar to post for.5 months later the sellers had not signed the FICA documents.In that entire 5 months it was my duty to find out who were the transferring as well as registering Attorneys..After asking if the sellers are still selling because within that 5 months I was supposed to be the new owner, not waiting for the sellers to sign documents that are usually signed within a week of buying.I was told they are no longer selling the property.So if i didnt ask,i was going to wait forever. I called my roof and Std Bank as I had a challenge getting my R250K deposit back. They both said there's nothing they can do.
