The express till for less than 10 products is soooo long, only 3 tills are open out of 10 tills. Im counting 60 ppl in the queue. Even the other trolley queues are having more than 20 ppl with filled troleys. They dont have a queue pregnant and elderly ppl.I asked from one of the supervisors, if I can pay at the cigarette counter. She told me that there is no cashier there

Shoprite Protea Glen Mall, l have a problem with its CASHIERS. At first I thought they were making genuine mistakes (because it's more than once) by giving SHORT CHANGE but l think they do it deliberately. It's bad girls, don't do that, you're placing a barrier on your financial success and inviting a CURSE on your money! Don't steal people's money, even if it's a R1. I know you don't make this MISTAKE" on me alone

Went to buy their Rajah and sour milk that is always tastes off.. Yhey gave a slip where its written you get R20 off your R50 or more butchery shopping. To our surprise the cashier and supervisor could not authorize the voucher..Total wrong advertising false vouchers

Great place to shop for household good. Staff is friendly, the only snag is it gets too full, some tills are not manned therefore creating long waiting times for paying

Worst Shoprite store. At first I thought they were short stuffed, went again, I gave them benefit of the doubt that it was mid month. I realised that this is a pattern, that's how they operate. They only open four tills, Kiosk is there for decoration, is never used. You will be forced on the long queue to buy only milk and bread. Old stuff have attitude, they get angry when you request Cash back as if the money belongs to them. On a positive note, the stock is always available, the store is very clean. I wish they can improve their customer service.
