Totalsports - Vangate Mall

So today I was at vangate mall. I bought a pair of soccer boots for someone who normally wears a size 6 however this is a size 8 in adidas. This cost me 1100. Not on account by the way . When my husband fit the boot it was tight and I took it back . Rene told me that she cannot exchange it because it was worn. Now honestly if it was worn you would know . We don't play soccer in the house if you know what j mean. Anyway she said because it had a slight fold where your foot bends she cannot return it. I am furious and honesty would not recommend anyone to this store. The staff are not helpful at all and rude. I'm not looking for my money back or anything just an exchange . I feel like this is ridiculous. So coming here I read that this is also not the first time that a customer had had this complaint with the same person. So what exactly is being done? Can you fix your sizes , train your staff? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! RATHER GO TO ADIDAS SHOP . better service at much better price . My intention is to make people aware as this is not a small amount to waste

Teach the staff some people skills

I bought a pair of puma soccer boots for my son. He never wore it. He fit it on at home and it was too big. We then took it back to Total Sports. Rene who is the shop manager said the boots were already worn. As we tried to explain to her that he only fit it on at home, that’s all that happened she continued to identify the various places below the boot to show that it was worn. I asked her, where are the kicking marks and the sand or grass marks on the boots from possible wear and tear. There were none! Only a little dust beneath the boot that she found an issue with. I am appalled by her observation of a worn shoes. We are not thieves trying to credit something that was used. This is disturbing and disgusting service to say the least!An update, after having to drive to another Total sports in Cavendish. We handed the boots to the cashier and he had a look at it said it was so cute and gave us a refund with absolutely no hassle! Why because there was absolutely no indication that the shoes were worn!Total sport Management, You need to train your staff adequately, this Rene being a “Manager” is clearly not fit for the role, neither to deal with customers. I will never buy at Vangate Mall Total sports again!

Good range of items on offer. Prices reasonable as well. Staff quite knowledgeable.
