CK Coachworks Express

Terrible communication. Huge delay. Zero customer service. No go.

These guys have done an amazing job at repairing my accident damaged vehicle. The insurance company only allowed for second hand panels to be fitted on my car, and CK Express made sure that the fitment was perfect. These are genuine people who will try their best to accommodate you and have high standards, something that is rare to find nowadays. My patience with the time it took for them to find a suitable panel was rewarded with my car looking brand new! Thank you CK Team, I am truly impressed.

Car went in Monday 8am for a Insurance quote on a small repair to vehicle. 4 days later no quote. I called to follow up and was told I must call back later.Poor service, certainly wont be taking the car there.

I used CK Coachworks CBD on a couple of occasions over the years for our cars. Every time, from the quotation stage to the actual repair done, it has been a smooth and well managed process with an excellent repair outcome.I was always kept updated on the progress of my repair. Shaheema, one of their team, even actively helped me with chasing up my insurance's approval after my claim got somehow lost" in the insurer's system. Their staff is very professional

Absolutely appalling! They mixed up my car 3 X and got my date for pick up incorrect by 4 weeks. I arrived on 3 separate occasions to collect my car, and it was never ready, further they lied about taking it for wheel alignment so when I received the car, it was unroadworthy. The wheel alignment services had never seen the car and had to order a piece to fix it, setting me back another full week. Disgusted at the lack of communication and organizational skills.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received at CK Coachworks. They took way longer to fix my car than initially predicted. The customer service was appalling as the staff never picked up their telephone nor called back when they said they would. I found this whole experience hugely frustrating. When I finally got my car back there was still a number of faults that had not been fixed correctly (mainly being that my boot still did not close properly) and had to be sent back. 10 days after receiving my car back for the second time the boot has jammed shut again and I have taken it to another panelbeaters. I would not recommend this establishment.

Left my vehicle at 13h30 after I had been promised it would be ready before they close at 17h00. All they need to do is reattach my rearview mirror. I called at 16h55and no answer. I now have no transport to get home. I don't understand why reattaching a rearview mirror would take more than 3 hours.

Only issue is parking, but the panelshop is neat and tidy
