I had a problem with payment.Very friendly and sufficient suggestions from Management. Calmly helped me and soon I was on the way after a extra Mike of help from their staff.Thank you

This is my go-to fuel stop. They are really friendly, there is a Standard Bank autobank and the Fresh Stop store has regular specials. The car wash is good too, with a pensioners special on a Thursday

Nothing can be done with the following but just bringing it out there in the open is that I don't mind the fact I like when I go to a gas station and check my wheels myself check my oil and my water and all those things the guys on duty do their job when they do the oil filling and petrol fill up. A small thing tonight caltex 5-6 people on duty let's give it to take two were busy with the other two cars I was the third car obviously nobody with me I wanted to like that I was at the point where I needed water I literally walked through all of those cans not even one can hot water in small thing but is about 6 people sitting but anyway, I will obviously be back you guys are always on my stop do my work. Worst experience of my life. Even felt threatened and manager turned his back on me and walked away.Will NEVER go there again.

Staff is very unfriendly. Always make you feel if they doing you a favour by redering a service

The look and feel of this expansive property is a bit seedy and in need of an upgrade. The Fresh Stop store is so so, it seems to have stopped being what it used to be and is now just a filling station C store, the carwash is good, not brilliant but reasonably priced, the petrol attendants are always friendly, the exterior of the Fresh Stop building needs a good lick of paint" and or an upgrade. The car wash area could easily be brightened up too. One is told that muddy cars will be charged extra

Sat waiting to get served at the fuel pump for ages, while 3 attendants were standing by one pump talking, another on stood in the door way of their change room" then another car stops and they serve them first and still no one comes to serve me. It's not the first time it has happened to me at the same fuel station

Management could make an effort to give their employees some training on how to work with clients

Not happy.. cigs taken out of cubby hole.. i had to clean my driverside door panel.. front rims still caked with tyre dust.. and this took almost 3 hours for an exec wash..not very happy
