I experienced a very bad service today.. Those people were rude to me and had no respect. Im actually disgusted by how they treated my family and I. They don't even deserve a star. They called my mom Gogo and said she talks too much. It makes me wonder, did they treate us bad because we were vulnerable? No customer deserves to be treated that way!!!

They will scam you for thousands and keep your car from you until you pay. If they say that towing will be 1k the actual amount will be 11k or more. Your car will be further damage by them, and your petrol will be stolen Don’t let them take your car.

This company has no regard for the rules of the road . One of their drivers drove in the opposite direction on the third lane of the N12 highway almost causing a head on collision with myself

First Help Banfield Road - Do not get back to you regarding money they owe you. They overcharge and then keep the money for a month with no feedback unless you chase them constantly.I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you want to be robbed of money..... They hope you will forget about it if they ignore you long enough... WELL I am GOING NOWHERE - give me my money!!!!!!

You have the most pathetic drivers working for your company. They have no idea what the rules of the road are or even how an indicator works. A clear example of this was this truck of yours that almost smashed into me and another car just past London road offramp.
