Don’t bother with this supplier. Requested a quotation on 01-03-2019, followed up electronically and telephonically, 11 days later and still nothing. Unreliable “supplier”, won’t ever try to use them again.

I first noticed it was there this week and I was looking for a place to buy boxes for my cake sales, and indeed they delivered at a reasonable price too, I love that they customize material and brand as well which is exactly what I needed for Takuni which is a business I just started, it's a confectionery and cafe run from home for now.

The service here is terrible. I dealt with two different staff members hoping for different outcomes but it doesn't seem like they cared for new clients. I would not advise using them at all.

Such terrible service! The online hours state the shop is open 16 June, I just called & someone answered. When asking a question, the man advised they are closed & hung up! Why did he answer the phone if they are closed? Poor service.

Even though they not open for business yet they met me on site today so that I could collect much needed boxes really appreciate such good service and down right friendly help in this day and age!
