Poorly working system, highly not recommended.I tested it myself and I can freely walk in front of some beams, they don’t detect movement at all.System supposed to work with load shedding, but ones electricity goes off, the control panel starts to beep every 10 seconds and call center says there is no way to switch it off, and the notice is very disturbing at night.Absolutely clueless call center, have no idea how to fix their system.It was a huge mistake and waste of money to go with ADT.

For a security service, their online call out number just kept on ringing. Wouldn't recommend their services.

The last few times my alarm went off it took ADT 20 minutes to arrive on premises, as well as receiving no after call to feedback.Due to the poor service I requested to Cancel my contract as per a breach in contract and switch over to Premier. ADT would not even waiver my cancellation fee after multiple requests to do so, even though the reason for the cancellation was due to ADT's failure.I would not recommend ADT to anyone, Premier provide a far superior service.

Fidelity and ADT is busy with black lead generation, they send out thousands of SMS's to numbers that they required illegally and then they make believe that they have an appointment with you. You cannot reply to the SMS. I am appalled with the way that ADT is trying to get new service and customers.I have been put on hold for a full minute while they are looking for a supervisor to talk to me. I am done waiting.

No Stars! After a disastrous encounter with this company all I can say is support local, Gordon's Bay Security. Although monthly fee more expensive worth every penny spent.

I cannot believe this is happening.ADT have now put an automated voice ad that you can't skip when they call you after an activation. What's next? A survey before you get help?
